摘要
变压吸附式空气分离制氧技术(简称:PSA制氧)是当今小产量氧气制取的主要方法。但是它却把携带有能量、冷量、并已净化的富氮气体作为废气排到大气中,既浪费了资源,又打破空气中成分平衡。针对这一种弊病我们研制出了组合式空分制氧-制氮系统。文章就这一系统的原理、效果及其社会效应进行分析与阐述。
Pressure swing adsorption air separation Oxygen production technology (referred to as: PSA oxygen) is the main method of production of low-yield oxygen. It is to carry the energy, cooling, and purification of nitrogen-rich gas as exhaust to the atmosphere, both a waste of resources, but also break the balance of the composition of the air. In view of this kind of malpractice, we have developed a combined space-divided oxygen-nitrogen system. This paper analyzes and expounds the princi- ple. effect and social effect of this system.
