大位移井超高抗扭双台肩钻杆接头的设计 被引量:15

摘要 为解决大位移井钻杆接头剪切失效的突出问题,根据钻杆接头受扭时的变形协调关系,设计出一种高抗扭双台肩钻杆接头,其结构特征为:主、副台肩长,螺纹锥度小以及牙底圆角半径大。首先基于虚功原理、Von Mises屈服原则以及接触非线性理论,建立该钻杆接头的三维数值仿真模型;然后利用正交优化方法,对其关键结构参数进行正交优化,获得了该钻杆接头关键结构参数的最优组合为:锥度1︰16、螺距6.55 mm、导向面角度29°、承载面角度28°、牙高3.755 mm。进而采用Abaqus和Fe-safe对比计算了该钻杆接头与API钻杆接头的承载性能和疲劳性能。结果表明:①该钻杆接头与API钻杆接头相比,抗拉性能提高10.65%,抗扭性能提高62.5%,抗弯性能提高2.75%,抗压性能提高52%;②该钻杆接头比API钻杆接头的拉压疲劳寿命提高1.19倍,弯曲疲劳寿命提高1.74倍,扭转疲劳寿命提高550倍,复合疲劳寿命提高28.79%。结论认为,该钻杆接头在不降低抗拉能力、抗弯能力和抗压能力的前提下可以大幅提高抗扭能力,可更好地满足大位移井的钻井条件。 Drill pipe joints in extended reach wells often suffer a shear failure. In view of this, an ultra-high torque double-shoulder tool joint was designed according to the deformation compatibility relation of the drill pipe joint under torque. It is structurally characterized by long main and secondary shoulders, small thread taper and large fillet radius of bottom tooth. First, a 3D numerical simulation model was established for this tool joint based on the principle of virtual work, the Von Mises yield criterion and the nonlinear contact theory. Second, orthogonal optimization was performed on its key structural parameters by means of the orthogonal optimization method. The optimal combination of key structural parameters of this tool joint is taper 1:16, thread pitch 6.55 mm, guiding plane angle 29°, bearing surface angle 28°, and tooth height 3.755 mm. Finally, the bearing performance and fatigue performance of this tool joint and the API tool joint were calculated and compared using the Abaqus and Fe-safe. Compared with the API tool joint, this new tool joint is better, and its tensile strength, torsion strength, bending strength and compression strength increase by 10.65%, 62.5%, 2.75% and 52%, respectively. Its tension compression fatigue life, bending fatigue life, torsion fatigue life and composite fatigue life increase by 1.19 times, 1.74 times, 550 times and 28.79%, respectively. It is concluded that the designed ultra-high torque double-shoulder tool joint is significantly improved in term of torsion capacity while its tension strength, bending strength and compression strength are not decreased, so it can better meet the drilling conditions of extended reach wells.
