采用SWOT分析法,对新医改背景下我国村级医疗卫生机构发展的优势、劣势、机遇以及面临的威胁进行分析,结合SWOT策略分析矩阵提出了应对策略。村级医疗卫生机构要充分利用现有政策优势,加强标准化建设,提高村医队伍的稳定性与居民的满意度,进一步完善农村医疗卫生服务体系。

To analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of village-level medical institution under the background of the new health system reform by SWOT analysis and portfolio matrix of strategy, and to provide the reasonable strategies. The village-level medical institution should make efforts to make full use of policy advantages to enhance standardization, to improve the stability of rural doctors and residents＇ satisfaction. Only in this way can we perfect the rural medical and health service system.
