2015年沙市区预防接种门诊运行现状及家长满意度调查

Investigating Operation Situation and Satisfaction of Vaccinate Outpatient in Shashi District(2015)

目的调查沙市区预防接种门诊运行现状及满意度,分析影响满意度因素,为提高该地区预防接种工作服务质量提供科学依据。方法采用统一的调查问卷对前往接种门诊的适龄儿童家长进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果调查对象家到接种门诊距离在5公里以下占79.32%,打针时排队等候时间在10分钟以内的占80.94%;调查对象总体满意度78.96%。家到接种门诊的距离、打针总共花费时间、打针前是否签知情同意书、是否仔细阅读同意书内容、医生是否询问孩子健康状况为家长满意度的影响因素。结论在今后工作中,应适当增加偏远地方接种门诊数量,缩短打针总花费时间,接种疫苗时医生规范操作,从而提升接种门诊服务质量。

Objectives This study offers scientific evidence for improving the quality of vaccination work service in Shashi district through investigating operation situation and satisfaction of vaccinate outpatient and analyzing the factors that influence satisfaction. Methods Uniform questionnaire was used to survey children＇s parents and survey results were analyzed. Results Distance of residence to vaccinate outpatient below 5 kilometers accounted for 79.32% ,time in line up for vaccination below 10 minutes accounted for 80.94%. Parents＇ total satisfaction was 78.96%. The distance,time,signing and reading consent form,inquiring child health condition were the factors that influence satisfaction. Conclusions In the coming work,we should increase vaccination outpatient in remote areas, shorten the total time of vaccination and standardize our operation, then improve the quality of vaccination outpatient service,
