义乌进口贸易通关便利化研究

近年来,义乌开始着力培育进口市场,积极鼓励、引导进口贸易发展,以便更好地促进义乌市场实现转型升级。而在进口贸易中,通关方面存在不少问题,如通关时间长、通关成本高等,导致通关便利化程度不高,制约着义乌进口贸易的发展。政府应该加强监管部门基础设施和人才队伍建设;充分利用现有进口平台,加快开放新平台建设;利用"互联网+",提高通关信息技术水平;加强与"义新欧"沿线国家的国际交流与合作,从而提升义乌进口贸易通关便利化。

Yiwu starts to concentrate on the import market, and actively encourage and guide the import trade development in recent years, so as to better promote transformation and upgrading of Yiwu market. Customs clearance has many problems of import trade in terms of long time and high cost, which lead to facilitation is not high and restricts the development.The government should strengthen the constrnction of regulatory infrastructure and talent team;make full use of import platform and accelerate to open the new platform construction; improve the level of information technology by means of ＂Internet ＋＂; strengthen the internationalexchanges and cooperationwith the linear countries of Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe, so as to promote the customs clearance facilitation of import trade.
