摘要
以癸酸-棕榈酸(CA-PA)为相变主材料,活性炭或膨胀石墨为支撑材料,采用真空吸附法制备了脂肪酸定形相变材料。样品的化学结构通过红外光谱表征;表面微观结构通过扫描电子显微镜表征;热物理性能(相变温度、相变潜热等)和热循环性能通过差式扫描量热仪表征。结果表明:CA-PA和活性炭或膨胀石墨都只是简单的嵌合关系,没有发生化学反应生成新物质;CA-PA可以很好地吸附到活性炭或膨胀石墨中;定形相变材料的储放热性能良好,CA-PA-50%活性炭的融化温度为22.7℃,融化潜热为66.38J/g,CA-PA-10%膨胀石墨的融化温度为22.16℃,融化潜热为111.5J/g;热循环稳定性良好,可以经历500次加速热循环。
A shape-stabilized phase change material of fatty acids was investigated experimentally.Composite phase change materials were prepared using two kinds of fatty acids which was capric acid and palmitic acid(CA-PA)with active carbon or expanded graphite as supporting material by the way of vacuum absorbing.The chemical component of composite PCMs was observed by FT-IR,microstructure of the surface by SEM,thermal physical performance(the phase change temperature and latent heat and so on)and cycling performance by DSC.It was analysed that the fatty acids CA-PA were only chimeric simply and not reacted chemically with active carbon or expanded graphite.Besides,CA-PA can be absorbed into active carbon or expanded graphite.What's more,it indicated that the material had good heat storage performance and cycling stability.
