摘要
采用三步法合成了电中性季铵阳离子醚化/磺基丁二酸酯化淀粉(电中性QSS),并与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混,研究了电中性QSS/PVA共混比对共混薄膜力学性能的影响,考察了共混比对其与棉和涤纶纤维间粘合强度的影响。结果表明:随着PVA共混比例的增加,共混物与棉和涤纶纤维间的粘合强度分别由159.3、294.3N/10~3tex逐渐增大到196.5、366.4N/10~3tex,共混薄膜的脆性降低,韧性提高,共混薄膜的断裂伸长率和耐屈曲次数分别由PVA共混比例为0%的3.88%和2345次增大到共混比例为50%的44.8%和8234次,断裂强度由26.7MPa逐渐降低到17.2MPa。
The synthesis of electroneutral quaternized and sulfosuccinylated starch(electroneutral QSS)was performed by the three-step reaction.Then,the impact of blending ratio on the tensile property of electroneutral QSS/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)film was studied.The influence of blending ratio on the adhesion strength of QSS/PVA blend to cotton and polyester fibers were also estimated.The results showed that,with the increase in the proportion of PVA,adhesion strength of blend to cotton fiber increased from 159.3N/103 tex to 196.5N/103 tex,and the one of blend to polyester fiber raised from 294.3N/103 tex to 366.4N/103 tex.As increasing the proportion of PVA,the brittleness of QSS/PVA film reduced,and its toughness increased,therefore,when mass ratio of PVA to QMS changed from 0% to 100%,breaking elongation and flex-fatigue resistance of the film enhanced from 3.88%and 2345 cycles to 44.8%and 8234 cycles,and tensile strength of the film gradually decreased from 26.7MPa to 17.2MPa.
