碳纤维酚醛树脂基复合材料制备及摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以酚醛树脂为基体,碳纤维为增强纤维,石墨和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为固体润滑剂,通过热压成型方法制备复合材料。通过多功能立式摩擦磨损试验机对复合材料进行摩擦磨损测试,扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料的磨损表面。结果表明,石墨的加入能够降低复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率,当加入15%(wt,质量分数)石墨的复合材料的摩擦系数为0.1,磨损率为0.37×10^(-6)g/N·m。PEEK的加入能够增加复合材料的摩擦系数,降低复合材料的磨损率,当加入10%(wt,质量分数)PEEK的复合材料表现出最好的摩擦性能,摩擦系数为0.28,磨损率为0.92×10^(-6)g/N·m。 the composite material was prepared by hot briquetting method.The phenolic resin was used as matrix,the carbon fiber as reinforced fibers,the graphite and polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK)as solid lubricant respectively.The friction and wear properties of prepared material were tested via the multifunctional vertical friction and wear tester,and the wear surface was observed by the scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the introducing of graphite would decrease the friction coefficient and wear rate of material.When the addition quantity of graphite reached to 15%(wt),the friction coefficient and wear rate value were 0.1,0.37×10-6 g/N·m,respectively.On the contrary,the effect of adding PEEKwould increase the friction coefficient and decreased the wear rate,when the addition quantity was 10%(wt),the friction performance would reach to the optimal state,the value of friction coefficient and wear rate were 0.28,0.92×10-6g/N·m respectively.
