摘要
碳纤维的性能主要由其微观结构决定,皮芯结构作为碳纤维的一种缺陷结构,会严重影响其力学性能。综述了碳纤维皮芯结构的表征方法,主要有扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)及拉曼光谱。
The performance of carbon fiber is mainly determined by its microstructure,skin-core structure as a kind of defect structure of carbon fiber,seriously affect its mechanical properties.The characterization techniques of the skin-core structure of carbon fiber were introduced,mainly including scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)and Raman spectrum.
