摘要
采用共沉淀-高温固相法制备了类单晶正极材料镍钴锰酸锂(LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2)。通过XRD、SEM、恒流充放电测试等对合成样品的结构、形貌及电化学性能进行了测试与表征。结果表明,该样品具有良好的α-NaFeO2层状结构,形貌为类单晶,并显示出良好的电化学性能。在3.0~4.2V电压区间内,软包全电池0.2C的放电比容量可达162.2mAh/g;45℃下1C倍率循环412周后,其容量保持率仍有83.84%。
Mono-like LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_2 anode material was prepared by co-precipitation and high-temperature solid state method.The structural,morphological and electrochemical properties of samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments.The results showed that LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_2 samples had wellα-NaFeO_2 layer structure and mono-like morphology,exhibited promising electrochemical properties.The samples tested with whole cell delivered a discharge specific capacity of 162.2mAh/g at 0.2Cbetween 3.0and 4.2V,and the capacity retention tested at 45℃ was more than 83.84% after 412 cycles at 1C.
