摘要 以NH4F为氟源采用溶剂热法制备了MnF_2∶Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)纳米晶,考察了样品在980nm激发光源作用下,氟源用量及表面活性剂对所制备样品结构、形貌、粒径及发光性能的影响。X射线衍射结果表明,制备的样品属于四方晶系;扫描电镜和荧光光谱结果表明,n(Re^(3+))∶n(F-)=1∶10及5%聚醚酰亚胺的乙二醇溶液为表面活性剂条件下制备的样品颗粒呈截角八面体状,粒径均匀,其上转换发光强度最大。 Solvothermal method was used to prepare the nanopowders MnF2 : Yb3+ , Er3+ with NH4F as fluorine source. The influences of the amount of fluorine source and surfactant on structure,morphology,diameter and luminescence properties of NCS were investigated under 980nm LD excitation. XRD results showed that the sample belonged to tetragon al system. SEM and PL measurements revealed that the phosphors were truncated octahedron particles and had uniform particle size with preparation conditions of n(Re3+):n(F-)=1:10 and with 5% PEI EG as surfactant,and had the largest up-conversion luminous intensity.
