摘要
以硫酸氧钛、硫酸锰、氢氧化钠为出发原料,通过直接化学制备了不同比例的Mn-TiO_2,通过XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、BET对Mn-TiO_2的结构及性能进行表征。结果表明,Mn的掺杂不影响TiO_2的晶型结构构成,Mn的掺杂增加了TiO_2的比表面积,吸收带边红移到可见光区域,其吸收强度显著增强。在同一条件下,Mn掺杂比例为1.5%(摩尔比)的Mn-TiO_2降解刚果红的效果最佳,紫外光照60min后,降解率为67.5%。
Mn-TiO_2 nanocrystalline was obtained used EtOH-H_2O solution,TiOSO_4,MnSO_4·H_2O and NaOH as raw materials through direct chemical method.XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis and BET showed that,Mn doping did not affect the crystal structure of TiO_2.Mn TiO_2 doping increased the specific surface area,and absorption edge red shifted to the visible light region,the absorption intensity was also significantly enhanced.Under the same conditions,and Mn-TiO_2 with a molar ratio of 1.5% had good photocatalytic degradation rate of congo red,and the degradation rate of congo red reached 67.5%in 1hour after UV illumination 60 min.
