摘要
采用不同烷基链长度的硅烷类季铵盐对汉麻纤维改性。考察了碱处理及硅烷类季铵盐化学改性对汉麻纤维染色性能的影响,探究了不同烷基链长度的有机硅烷类季铵盐对汉麻纤维染色效果的影响,利用红外光谱和扫描电镜等对改性前后的汉麻纤维的结构进行了表征,测试了改性前后的汉麻的抗菌性能。结果表明,碱处理可在一定程度上提高汉麻纤维的染色性能,有机硅烷类季铵盐改性汉麻纤维可显著提高汉麻纤维的染色性能,并且染色性能随着有机硅烷季铵盐烷基链长度的增加而增加。改性后的汉麻纤维具有优异的抗菌性能,5min内可完全杀死金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。
Silane quaternary ammonium salts were used to modify hemp fiber.The effects of alkali treatment and silane quaternary ammonium salts,and silane quaternary ammonium salts with different length of hydrocarbon on dyeing property were investigated.The structures of hemp fiber before and after modification were characterized by FT-IR and SEM,and the antibacterial property was evaluated.The results indicated that alkali treatment could improve the dyeing property of fiber to a certain extent.Silane quaternary ammonium salt modification could improve the dyeing property significantly,and the dyeability was improved with increasing the hydrocarbon length of silane quaternary ammonium salts.Hemp fiber modified by silane quaternary ammonium salt showed excellent antibacterial property,and could inactivate100% of the Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli O157∶H7with a contact time of 5min.
