摘要
混凝土内部的初始缺陷对其力学性能有很大影响,通过对自制定位模具的不断改良和制备方法的试验探究,提出一种制备含内部初始球形缺陷混凝土试件的方法:分步骤浇筑法。研究结果表明:分步骤浇筑法既不影响混凝土基体强度,又能够将自制初始球形缺陷比较精确地置于混凝土试件内部。该方法的推广和应用,为进一步拓展对含内部初始球形缺陷的混凝土试件的相关试验研究提供了重要的技术支持。
The initial defects have great influence on the mechanical properties of the interior Concrete,through the improve- ment of the self-made positioning mold and the preparation method,a new method for preparing concrete specimens with internal initial spherical defects was put forward. The results show that the step casting method can not only affect the strength of concrete matrix, but also can make the initial spherical defeets in the concrete specimens accurately. The promotion and application of this method provides an important technical support for the further development of the experimental study on the concrete specimens with internal initial spherical defects.
