糖尿病与结直肠癌患者预后相关的研究进展

近来研究发现,糖尿病与结直肠癌的发生具有密切相关性,即糖尿病是结直肠癌发生的独立危险因素。为了延长结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的生存时间,提高患者的生存质量,近年来大量研究探讨了糖尿病对结直肠癌患者预后的影响。其中,一些研究结果证实,糖尿病与结直肠癌的预后具有相关性;而另一些研究则认为,糖尿病与结直肠癌的预后无关。因此,到目前为止,糖尿病是否对结直肠癌预后产生影响尚不明确,该问题已成为近年来肿瘤研究的热点之一。本文即对糖尿病与结直肠癌患者预后相关性的研究进展进行综述。

It has been found that diabetes is closely correlated with the occurrence of colorectal cancer, as an independent risk factor for colorectal cancer. In order to prolong the survival time and to improve the quality of life of colorectal cancer patients with diabetes, many studies have explored the influence of diabetes on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer in recent years. Some studies have confirmed diabetes is related to the prognosis of colorectal cancer, while other studies have suggested that diabetes is not correlated with the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Until now, it is still unclear whether the presence of diabetes has impact on the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Therefore, this problem has become one of the hot topics in cancer research field recently. This article reviews the research progress in the relationship between diabetes and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
