博弈论视角下规模化养猪业污染发生机制及防治对策研究

近年来规模化生猪养殖模式带来的环境污染问题已经成为社会关注的焦点。笔者运用博弈论对养猪企业与地方政府在环境污染关系中的政企博弈进行分析,探讨规模化养猪污染的发生机制,结合双方的成本和收益提出了环境污染防治的对策和建议。

In recent years, the environmental pollution caused by the pattern of large -scale pig farming has become the focus of social attenuon. The author uses the game theory to analyze the game of government and enterprise in the relationship of environmental pollution between the pig enterprise and the local government, and discusses the generative mechanism of pollution from large - scale pig farming. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the prevention and control of pollution combined with the cost and benefit of both sides.
