利用内置支持物进行犬肠管吻合术的效果研究

为了提高肠管吻合术的效果,将淀粉膨化物制成中空、一端封闭、一端开放的形状,将消炎药和镇痛药填塞其中,外面包被上骨蜡,研制出新型可降解的内置支持物用于宠物消化系统疾病中的肠管吻合术,选取10只健康本地小型犬进行试验,以验证和评价这种新型内置支持物在肠管吻合术中的应用效果。结果表明：将这种新型可降解内置支持物置于吻合部位之后进行吻合操作,效果良好,手术全过程用时为（20.25±6.26）min,10例手术全部成功。说明该方法可快速、便捷、顺利地完成肠管吻合术操作。

To improve the effect of intestinal anastomosis, the starch extradates were made into a hollow shape with one end closed and one end opened. The anti - inflammatory drugs and analgesics were filled into the starch extrudates, and the outside was coated with bone wax. A new type of degradable internal support was developed, which was used for intestinal anastomosis for digestive system diseases in pets. Ten healthy local small dogs were selected as test animals to test and evaluate the application effect of this new internal support in the intestinal anastomosis. The results showed that the the anastomotie effect was good after the new type of degradable internal support was placed in the anastomotie site for the anastomotie operation. The whole process of surgery took （20.25 ± 6.26） min, and a totl of 10 eases of surgical operations were all successful. The results indicate that the operation of intestinal anastomosis can he completed rapidly, eanveniently and successfully using the methd.
