摘要
为了研究经济作物副产物饲料化的利用价值,笔者对海南省7种经济作物副产物的主要营养成分和矿物质含量进行测定,并应用隶属函数法综合评价其营养价值。结果表明:7种经济作物副产物主要营养物质中,干物质含量为7.85%-33.42%,粗蛋白含量为6.64%-22.50%,海南省7种经济作物副产物粗脂肪含量为1.72%-5.80%,酸性洗涤纤维含量为13.25%-30.90%,中性洗涤纤维含量为17.16%-33.30%,单宁含量为5.24-35.67 mg/g,饲料相对值为184.95-426.86;矿物质含量中,钙含量为0.32%-3.52%,磷含量为0.18%-0.58%,钙磷比为0.65-11.76,铁含量为208.29-891.33 mg/kg,锰含量为66.92-666.17 mg/kg,铜含量为3.46-9.60 mg/kg,锌含量为27.56-58.98 mg/kg;7种经济作物副产物营养价值由高到低依次为桑叶〉木瓜茎叶〉芒果皮〉西瓜皮〉荷叶〉火龙果茎叶〉火龙果皮。
To study the utilized value of feedstuffs of by- products of economic crops, main nutritional components and mineral contents of byproducts of seven economic crops in Hainan Province were determined. And then their nutritional values were comprehensive evaluated using membership function method. The results showed that the contents of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, tannin, and relative feed values among the main nutrients of byproducts of seven economic crops were ranged from 7.85% to 33.42%, 6.64% to 22.50%, 1.72% to 5.80%, 13.25% to 30.90%, 17.16% to 33.30%, 5.24 to 35.67mg/g and 184.95 to 426.86, respectively. The contents of calcium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, copper, and zinc among the mineral contents were ranged from 0.32% to 3.52%, 0.18% to 0.58%, 208.29 to 891.33 mg/kg, 66.92 to 666.17 mg/kg, 3.46 to 9.60 mg./kg and 27.56 to 58.98 mg./kg, respec- tively; the ratios of calcium to phosphorus were 0.65 to 11.76, respectively. The nutritional values of byproducts of seven economic crops in descending order were as follow: mulberry leaf, papaya stem and leaf, mango peel, watermelon rind, lotus leaf, pitaya stem and leaf, and pitaya peel.
