摘要
《当中职生说垃圾学校和渣渣老师时,是在说什么?》一文呈阅于涉事学校校长J后,他认为论文指陈的现象完全只是"个别现象",研究者"对职业学校的认识有些偏颇"。从身份话语建构理论来看,校长J至少是"(校政)内务管理者""实践行动者""资源调集者"这三重身份的"集丛体",其主观建构的"研究者"分别对应为"局外介入者""理论指导者""职教同盟军"。通过对校长身份话语转换的识别,其所言"个别现象"便不难得到"理解",且这种"理解"将有助于"对话性"研究伦理之生成。
The author is motivated to an interaction and hence a lasting reflection by a response to his published paper What do the Vocational School Students Imply While Referring to Their School and Teachers as Garbage: A Discourse Analysis of a Relevant Posting on Internet Pagesby one middle vocational school principal who claimed that the phenomena in question was simply an exceptional case and the researcher, i.e. the author, surely harbored biased observation on vocational schools. Based on Identity-Oriented discourse construction theory, the principal bears a triply collective identity, i.e. the administrative manager of the school interual affairs, a practitioner, a coordinator of school resources and his subjective construction of the researcher is an external intruder, a theoretical instructor, and an ally of vocational education respectively.The process of constructing equivalent identities via discourse is filled with contradictions and instabilities though, the so called "exceptional case" would not be difficult to understand if the conversion of the principal's identity-oriented discourse i~ recognized, which, to a further extent, contributes to the generation of research ethics of dialogism.
