摘要
当代家庭教育危机的拯救需要借鉴"易子而教"的家教古训,它既利于教育内容的正常完整与教育者的以身作则,也可预防亲子间因勉励从善而伤害亲情。"易子而教"虽在学理上具有"边界外移"与拓展教育资源、"骨肉分离"与维持教育理性、"距离生美"与强化教育权威、"藏息相辅"与拯救童年乐趣、"亲师不一"与缓解角色冲突等必要性,但在现实生活中却面临着难以割舍的亲子亲情、无法对等的家教条件、令人畏怯的安全责任和害怕泄露的家庭隐私等多重阻碍,因此需要在继承的基础上赋予其时代内涵。
The rescue of family education crisis needs the traditionally valuable idea of exchanging children to teach, which can not only ensure the positiveness of education contents and make the educators set a good example for students ,but also prevent the kinship injury between parents and children. At present, exchanging children to teach has the necessity academically, such as expanding education resources, maintaining education rationality, enhancing edu- cation authority, rescuing childhood pleasure and relieving role conflict, but in real life, its'feasibility is hindered by inseparate parent-child affection, inequal family education condition, the anxiety of family privacy disclosure and chil- dren' s personal security. Thus, it should be endowed with new connotations on the basis of inheritance.
