摘要
教师文化与课程改革的关系可以视为思维与存在的关系,符合改革、自觉趋同课程改革基本理念的教师文化可以推动课程改革的有效实施。课程改革过程中存在着一定的阻碍课程改革的教师文化困境,表现为改革实质的冒险性与教师文化的"求稳性"、改革代价的难预知性与教师文化的"求效性"、改革过程的合作性与教师文化的"求主性",这些困境是阻抗课程改革的深层因素。要消解这些困境,需要从制度层面、主体层面、意义层面重建教师文化。
The relationship between teacher culture and curriculum reform can be seen as that between thinking and existence. Teacher culture that accords with the curriculum reform and its basic ideas will promote the effective implementation of reform. In the course of curriculum reform, there exist some teacher culture predicaments that hin- der the reform. They are manifested as the adventure of reform essence and "the quest for stability" of teacher culture, the difficult prediction of reform cost and "the quest for efficiency'of teacher culture, as well as the cooperation of re- form process and "the quest for subject position"of teacher culture. All these are the underlying factors obstructing'the curriculum reform. And to clear up these "predicaments, we need to reconstruct teacher culture at the level of institu- tion, subject and meaning.
