摘要
就业价值取向是每个主体的核心价值以及自己认定价值在就业过程中的优先性或倾向性排序。由于经济结构调整、科技发展、就业形势、家庭环境和个人就业能力等因素的影响,大学生就业价值排序出现交叉甚至冲突现象,产生就业选择决策与规避风险的思想困惑,出现典型就业还是灵活就业、守陈就业还是创新创业等现实难题。当前,在"互联网+"视域下,应从思想引领、实践能力培养、补短板等方面搭建大学生就业价值取向引导的合理路径,引导大学生树立正确的就业观,提升就业竞争力。
The employment value orientation is the core value of each subject and the priority or orientation rank- ing of the value identified by oneself in the process of employment. Influenced by such factors as economic structure adjustment, development of science and technology, employment situation, family environment and personal employment ability, university students have cross even conflict phenomenon in the ranking of employment value, resulting in the realistic problems of the confusion of employment value orientation, job selection decision and avoiding risk, conservative employment and innovative entrepreneurship. Guiding "Internet plus", we should build the reasonable path to guiding university students' employment value orientation in terms of leading thoughts, training practice ability and making up deficiencies in order to guide the students to establish a correct employment concept, improve the employment competitiveness.
