含铂化疗方案在晚期食管鳞癌治疗中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究含铂化疗方案在晚期食管癌治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的96例晚期食管鳞癌患者,所有患者均同意含铂化疗方案治疗,分析治疗疗效与患者生存状况。结果:65例接受含顺铂化疗方案治疗,治疗总有效率为35.38%,该方案治疗总有效率高于奈达铂、奥沙利铂、卡铂治疗总有效率20.69%,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;经平均43个月随访,所有患者平均生存时间为7个月,治疗1年后生存率为36.17%,治疗2年生存率为17.02%。结论:现阶段,治疗晚期食管鳞癌的化疗方案为含铂方案,含顺铂化疗方案能够提高治疗疗效。
