医学心理学视角下氟斑牙对大学生心理健康与自尊状况影响的研究

Influence of Dental fluorosis on college students' mental health and self-esteem from the medical psychology perspective

目的探讨氟斑牙对大学生个体的心理健康状况和自尊状况的影响。方法选取186位氟斑牙大学生,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Rosenberg自尊量表(SES)进行调查。结果氟斑牙大学生在SCL-90量表的人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和偏执这五项因子的得分上高于全国常模;氟斑牙大学生的心理问题检出率为37.1%,主要的心理问题前三位是焦虑、人际关系敏感和敌对;男生和女生只在"人际关系敏感"和"抑郁"两个方面存在性别差异并高于全国常模;氟斑牙大学生在自尊量表(SES)得分上存在显著性别差异(P<0.05);在氟斑牙不同程度上自尊得分也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氟斑牙大学生的心理健康状况确实有待重视和提高,应积极开展有针对性的心理干预,提高心理健康水平,促使个体真正恢复身心健康。

Objective To explore the influence of dental fluorosis on college students individual psychological health and selfesteem.Method First, we select 186 college students,who had dental fluorosis, then we use symptom self- assessment scale（ SCL- 90） and Rosenberg self-esteem scale（ SES）.Result College students with dental fluorosis score higher than the national norm on the five factors of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid in SCL- 90 scale; The detection rate of psychological problems is 37.1% in college students with dental fluorosis and the former three problems are anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity and hostile; Gender difference can only be seen on the aspects of sensitive interpersonal relationship anddepression between boys and girls; A significant gender difference（ P〈0.05） can be seen self-esteem scale（ SES） score in college students with dental fluorosis; There is also significant gender difference（ P〈0.05） on self- esteem scores in college students with dental fluorosis.Conclusion We should pay more attention to the psychological health condition of college students with dental fluorosis, carry out specific psychological intervention and improve the level of mental health and self-esteem in order to make the individual restore the physical and mental health actually.
