摘要
针对地膜的土壤年残留量不断增加、污染日趋严重等问题,通过对引进的残膜回收机进行田间试验研究和改制,探究不同土壤条件对机器作业质量的影响。结果表明,残膜回收机在沙土、壤土和细沙3种土壤条件下作业后,细沙中表层残膜拾净率超过90%,壤土和沙土中表层残膜拾净率低于国家标准。研究结果对在宁夏不同土壤条件下研制和推广使用残膜回收机具有重要的指导意义。
In view of the increasing pollution of plastic film residual in soil, this paper explores the influence of different soil conditions on the quality of machine work through the field experiment research and reform of the imported residual film recycling machine. Results show that the residual film gather net rate in sand surface is more than 90%, but it is lower than the national standard quality indicators in loam and silver sand surface after operation of the residual film recycling machine in three soil conditions of sand, loam and silver sand. These study results are important for guiding and promoting the use of the residual film recycling machine in Ningxia.
