生态住宅小区评价指标体系研究——以银川市为例

Study on the evaluation index system of ecological residential quarters——Taking Yinchuan as an example

根据国内绿色生态住宅小区建设要点及相关行业标准要求,参照已有生态住宅小区评价指标成果,通过调查问卷、访谈等形式,对银川市住宅小区的居民进行调查;采用层次分析与模糊数学综合评价相结合的方法,对银川市生态住宅小区进行评价。结果表明,银川市的生态住宅水平处于"良"等级。

According to main points about the construction of green ecological residential quarters and the correlated profes- sional standards, as well as the existing results of the evaluation indicators about the ecological residential district, the ecological residential quarters of Yinchuan had been evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method based on questionnaires, interviews and other forms to investigate the residents residential district of Yinchuan. The results showed the ecological rank of yin chuan is ＂good＂.
