商业建筑屋顶花园使用后评价(POE)研究——以广州市太古汇屋顶花园为例

Post occupancy evaluation(POE) on the roof garden of commercial building——A case of Taikoo Hui roof garden in Guangzhou

随着当今社会城市化进程的加速,商业建筑屋顶花园已成为城市中一种重要的公共空间类型。广州太古汇屋顶花园作为较为成功的商业建筑屋顶花园案例,以其为例,对其使用情况进行使用后评价研究,可对其使用及管理状况的改善及今后同类建筑空间的设计提供参考和借鉴。通过现场观察、现状调研、活动注记和访谈等方法,对太古汇屋顶花园的场地现状、使用者使用情况和使用需求进行了研究和分析,对其存在的问题进行梳理和总结,并针对问题提出了优化和改进建议。

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in today＇s society, roof gardens of commercial buildings have become an important type of public space in cities. Taikoo Hui roof garden in Guangzhou is a successful commercial building roof garden case. So the post-use evaluation can provide a reference for the improvement of its use and management status and the design of similar building in future. In this paper, the site status, user usage and requirements of Taikoo Hui roof garden are evaluated through on-site observation, the current situation research, activity annotation and interview to summarize the existing problems and make suggestions for improvement.
