摘要
国内制造企业自主化研发八轴货运电力机车主电路及控制电路中采用了具有同名端的变压器及互感器的电气线路设计,而此设计要求设备同名端、接线必须正确。通过对电路的分析,针对实施过程中的难点,提出相应的对策,并采取有效的工艺控制手段,提高了测试效率,保证了机车质量。
When independently developing the main circuit and control circuit of eight-axis electric locomotives for freight purpose, domestic manufacturers have adopted an electric circuit design using transformers and mutual indue- tors with a dotted terminal. Such a design requires that the dotted terminal and the wiring must be accurate. By mak- ing an analysis of circuit, in view of the difficulties in the implementation process, the article puts forward the corre- sponding countermeasures, take effective process control measures and improve the test efficiency, thus ensuring the locomotive quality.
