摘要 为研究甜高粱节间锤度变化及其与全株平均锤度的关系,本研究以14份国内外甜高粱品种为研究对象,在蜡熟期分别测定各品种节间锤度,采用R软件对各品种节间锤度、最大锤度和最小锤度所在节间以及平均锤度所在节间进行分析研究。结果表明:有7个品种的节间锤度变化呈现"低-高-低"变化,占品种总数的50%;12个品种的最大锤度所在节间为植株的中部及中部以上,占品种数的86%;10个品种的最小锤度节间为植株的下部,占品种数的71%;各节间锤度与全株平均锤度的绝对偏差在0~4.5%之间,植株的中上、中下部的节间锤度值与全株的平均锤度值最为接近,可作为甜高粱节间锤度快速测定的可行方法。 In order to study the change law of internode brix and relation with the mean brix of whole plant for sweet sorghum, fourteen germplasms of sweet sorghum from home and abroad were selected as material in this study, with every internode brix were determined at the ripening stage, and the maximum and minimum intemode brix and its position were systematically analyzed by R software. The results showed that .. the internode brix of seven germplasms presenting "low - high - low" trend, accounting for 50% of the varieties ; And twelve germplasms accounting for 86% varieties, the highest internode brix mainly lied near the upper part; Ten germplasms ac- counting for 71%, the minimum internode brix lied near the upper part; The absolute deviation between internode brix and mean brix for the whole plants was 0 ~ 4.5 %, and the internode brixs lied in upper and lower part near the middle were closed to the average brix for the whole plant, which made it easier and faster test the sweet sorghum brix.
