小檗碱抗肿瘤作用机制研究

Study on anti-tumor mechanism of berberine

小檗碱具有多种药理作用,其临床应用广泛,具有清热解毒,降血脂,降血糖,抗心力衰竭等药理作用.目前小檗碱抗肿瘤作用成为研究热点,可以通过各种途径和机制抑制肿瘤细胞的发生和发展.将对近年来有关小檗碱在抗肿瘤方面的作用机制进行综述,概括出小檗碱对肿瘤的发生,增殖,凋亡,转移以及肿瘤细胞的分化等方面所发挥的作用,为进一步开发小檗碱在抗肿瘤方面的作用提供可靠依据.

Berberine showed many effects, antihypedipidemic effect, pharmacological effects, such as antipyretic and antitoxic hypog｜ycemic activity, resistance to heart failure, et al, which has been applied in clinic. Berberine can inhibit the occurrence and development of tumor through many pathways, which is a hot spot in the present study. In this paper we re- viewed the antitumor mechanism of berberine about the tumor occurrence, proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis of tumor, cell differentiation, which will be helpful in research and devel- opment of berberine on tumor research.
