寒冷地区含酚废水的厌氧处理技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对北方寒冷地区酚类废水处理效能低下,课题以苯酚废水为研究对象,在低温条件下,通过向原水中梯度增加苯酚质量浓度,考察改进型高效厌氧反应器对其的去除效能,同时采用PCR扩增、克隆文库构建、生物信息学与统计学分析等分析手段,探究适应低温条件下酚类废水的优势菌群,结果表明,在温度为10~150℃,纯苯酚废水进水时COD的去除率稳定在50%,且驯化后B/C值由0.08增加到0.21,同比增加162.5%,基因分析得出系统内优势菌群是絮状束毛球菌属(Trichococcus sp.),占细菌培养总数的68%. Since phenol wastewater treatment efficiency was low in cold areas of northern Chi- na. Therefore, there is an urgent need to search for novel strategies for phenolic wastewater treatment. The experiment, with phenolic wastewater as the object of the research, was per- formed in a gradient of increasing phenol - containing raw water in low temperature to evalua- ted removal efficiency of modified high - rate anaerobic apparatus. Dominant bacteria was separated and identified. It was shown that COD removal rate was up to 50% for pure phenol wastewater (844.5 mg/L) when the temperature varied from 10 ℃ to 15 ℃ and B/C value increased from 0. 08 to 0.21 after domestication with a rise of 162.5%. The results of genetic analysis suggested that the Trichococcus sp. was dominant bacteria accounting for 68% of the total bacterial.
