新型印刷适性仪的设计

摘要 针对现有印刷适性仪操作流程繁琐、容易使印刷前油墨粘上脏污的不足,开发在机匀墨系统印刷适性仪,实现印刷过程与匀墨过程的一体化.其原理是通过一种带有锁紧机构的往复摆动机构实现匀墨、空档、印刷三个不同的工作档位,简化操作流程,节省空间和生产成本.同时满足多种功能要求,实现印刷压力及匀墨压力、印刷速度及匀墨速度连续可调,匀速、匀加速、匀减速和承印物转过一定角度的印刷,单色印刷和双色叠印,匀墨系统的周向匀墨和轴向串墨,各滚筒间高精度的同步印刷. In view of the present printing eligibility of instrument operation process trival and easy smudgy lack of ink the new type of instrument was designed. New printing eligibility in- strument can realize the integration and distributing system of the host through a locking mechanism of reciprocating swing mechanism to uniform ink, gap, printing three different functions, simplify the operation process and save the space and the cost of production. It can satisfy more requirements at the same time, the printing pressure and distributing pres- sure, printing speed and the distributing of continuous adjustment, as well as the uniform speed, acceleration, deceleration and paper printing turned a certain angle, monochrome printing and double color overprint, distributing system of circumferential distributing and the axial string of ink, high precision synchronization between each roller printing.
