摘要
本文利用分光光度-白细胞黏附抑制实验测定胎盘多肽生物活性。结果表明,在抗原存在的情况下,实验组与对照组相比,白细胞黏附抑制率显著升高;此法准确、简便并具有良好的重复性,可以作为胎盘多肽活性的测定方法。
Determination of biological activity of placenta polypeptide was carried out through spectrophotometry - LAI test. The Results showed that leukocyte adherence rate of the experimental group increased remarkably when the antigen existed. In addition, the method featuring accurate, simple and repeatable could be used for determining biological activity of placenta polypeptide.
