摘要 钢液脱氧处理在转炉炼钢当中处于非常重要的位置,钢液脱氧工作的效果对炼钢的生产以及后续产品的质量会产生非常直接的影响。若是在钢液当中含有非常多的氧气,那么就会让钢产品在形状的塑造效率上变低,在内部位置上出现较多的小孔,组织结构变得更加疏松,严重的还可能产生热脆的现象,对钢产品的品质以及质量产生非常严重的影响。转炉炼钢脱氧的方式在炼钢过程中已经得到了广泛的应用,控制转炉终点上的氧气含量已经成为钢产品质量保障的一个关键性要素。基于此本文主要从氧气的产生和危害以及钢液脱氧原理以及几种脱氧工艺类型的介绍方面对炼钢生产中转炉炼钢脱氧工艺进行探讨分析。 The deoxidation of molten steel is very important in the process of converter steelmaking, and the effect of deoxidation of molten steel will have a direct impact on the production and quality of the products. If you have lots of oxygen in molten steel, it will make steel products low efficiency in shaping the shape, appear more holes in the internal position, organization structure becomes more loose, serious may also produce cracking phenomenon, have a very serious impact on the quality and the quality of steel products. The deoxidation method of converter steelmaking has been widely used in the steelmaking process, and controlling the oxygen content in the end of converter has become a key factor in the quality assurance of steel products. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the deoxidation process of the converter steelmaking furnace from the aspects of oxygen generation and harm as well as the principle of liquid steel deoxidization and the introduction of several types ofdeoxidation process.
