摘要
在热轧钢管生产过程中,步进式冷床作为必不可少的设备之一,具有极其重要的作用。而传动系统中的传动轴作为步进式冷床的重要组成部分,是钢管完成步进动作的关键影响部件。本文以步进式冷床的结构及其工作原理为着手点,对步进式冷床传动系统合成运动进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出了传动轴的优化设计建议,以期为步进式冷床传动系统的优化提供理论支持。
In the production process of hot-rolled steel, step type cooling bed as one of the essential equipment, plays a very important role. The transmission shaft is an important part of the step type cooling bed, the pipe is the key to complete the step action parts. The structure and working principle of the walking beam as a starting point, the movement of step type cooling bed synthetic transmission system is analyzed, and put forward the optimization design of the driving shaft, in order to provide theoretical support for the optimization of walking beam transmission system.
