高透光性疏水涂料的制备及抑菌和寿命的表征

摘要 针对NC306疏水材料所修饰的玻璃表面寿命短、抗菌效果差等不足,通过化学法添加环氧树脂AB胶于NC306疏水材料与普通玻璃之间,制得一种具有自清洁、高透光性和强疏水性能的表面修饰涂料.所制材料测试结果表明:所修饰玻璃表面有较低表面能,其值约为普通玻璃的1/4;此外,所制复合功能膜涂层较单一,NC306材料具有更高的成膜质量并且提高了涂层的寿命和耐磨性. For NC306 hydrophobic material's disadvantages such as its short lifetime, late antibacterial effects and so on, we added epoxy resin AB glue between NC306 hydrophobic materials and glass by chemical method, and finally prepared a self- cleaning, high light penetration and strong hydrophobic surface modification coatings. The results of the test for the properties of the prepared materials showed that the improved new material modified glass surfaces had low surface energy, whose value was about one fourth of the ordinary glass. In addition, compared with the single NC306 materials, the composite coating had a higher quality of film coating. More importantly, it can improve the service life of coating film and abrasion resistance.
