摘要
通过观察干预前后大鼠不同组织自由基代谢相关酶活性、细胞膜损伤情况变化及有氧运动能力的改变,研究不可预知心理应激刺激对大鼠运动能力影响.文中利用大鼠(32只)随机分为安静对照组、安静力竭对照组、焦虑模型力竭组、焦虑模型非力竭组,每组各8只.通过分析对比力竭组大鼠有氧能力的差异性,测定非力竭大鼠不同组织中自由基代谢及酶活性.研究结果发现:实验组大鼠各组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组大鼠各组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组大鼠运动至力竭的时间低于对照组(P<0.01).慢性不可预知心理应激刺激导致大鼠组织总抗氧化能力减弱,组织抗氧化活性降低,体内自由基增多;细胞膜的损伤加重;有氧运动能力降低.
The study is aimed to investigate the effect of unpredictable psychological stress stimulation on rats' sport ability by observing the changes of free radical metabolism related enzyme activity, cell membrane injury and the aerobic sport ability in rats' different tissues before and after the intervention. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: quiet control group, exhausted control group, exhausted experimental group and none exhausted experimental group, with 8 rats in each group. A comparison is made between the aerobic capacity of different exhausted groups to measure free radical metabolism and enzyme activity of the different tissues in non-exhausted rats. It is found that the contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity T-AOC) activity of each tissue in M group are lower than those in A group (P 〈 0. 05); the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in the M group is higher than that in A group (P〈0.05) ; Exhaustion time of aerobic exercise in ML group is less than that in AL group (P〈0.01). It is concluded that the chronic unpredictable psychological stress stimulation reduces total antioxidant capacity, antioxidant activity and aerobic exercise capacity, increases free radicals and worsens cell membrane damage.
