摘要
以陕西IT企业跨功能团队为例,尝试从外部视角探索跨功能团队创新力水平提升的新途径,明确网络嵌入性影响跨功能团队创新力的内在机制.通过实地调研等问卷并对其数据进行多层线性回归分析,实证研究表明,提高结构性嵌入程度能够有效提升跨功能团队创新力,知识共享行为在结构性嵌入与跨功能团队创新力的关系中起部分中介作用,在关系性嵌入与跨功能团队创新力的关系中起完全中介作用.提出提升网络嵌入条件下的跨功能团队创新力水平的专业建议.
Taking the cross-functional teams in Shaanxi IT businesses as the examples, the paper makes an attempt to explore a new way to improve cross-functional teams' creativity level from an external perspective, and to clarify the internal mechanism of the network embeddedness' impact on the cross-functional team's creativity. The data collected through field investigation and questionnaire were analyzed by multiple linear regression. An empirical study shows that increasing the degree of structural embedding can effectively improve cross-functional team's creativity, and that knowledge sharing behavior plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the structural embedding and the creativity of cross-functional team and a full mediation role in the relationship between the relational embeddedness and the creativity of cross-functional team. Finally, the advices are given on how to improve the creativity of cross-functional teams under the condition of network embeddedness.
