高职院校经管类专业《经济法》课程的教学改革研究

本文针对高职经管类专业《经济法》课程在“依法治国”的时代背景下教学现状的深入调查，认真剖析存在的问题和原因，根据我国高等职业院校教学实际，在教学理念、教学内容、教学方法等诸方面的细致研究，提出该课程的教学应围绕“1-2-3—4”（即“1个中心”“2个基本模式”“3个教学方法”“4个理念转化”）原则进行改革，为高职经管类专业《经济法》课程的教学改革提供了解决方案，

Based on the in-depth investigation of the teaching practice of economics and management major in Higher Vocational Colleges in the course of economic law under the background of ＂Rulling the country by law＂, we analyze the problems and reasons in the teaching practice of China^s higher vocational colleges, detailedly research on the teaching idea, content, methods and other aspects, and puts forward the course teaching should focus on ＂1--2--3--4＂ principle （＂1 centers＂ and ＂2 basic mode＂ ＂3 teaching methods＂, ＂4 ideas＂） to reform, provides a solution for courses of economic law teaching reform in economics and management major in Higher Vocational Colleges.
