羟哌酯驱蚊液对淡色库蚊的驱避效果观察

Repellent effect observation of icaridin against Culex pipiens pallens

目的通过生物测试,观察羟哌酯驱蚊液对淡色库蚊的药效。方法按照GB/T 13917.9-2009方法对其进行实验室药效测定并进行现场应用评估。结果实验室测试20%羟哌酯驱蚊液,涂布量为1.5μl/cm2,对淡色库蚊的有效驱避时间为10.25 h,现场应用对淡色库蚊的有效驱避时间为7.66 h。结论羟哌酯驱蚊液性质稳定,驱蚊效果持久,使用安全,具有很好的应用前景。

Objective To observe the repellent efficacy of icaridin against Culex pipiens pallens. Methods Evaluating the efficacy of the repellent in laboratory and field based on GB/T 13917. 9-2009. Results Laboratory tests showed that the repellent time of mosquito repellent liquid of 20% icaridin was 10. 25 h against Culex pipiens pallens with the quantity of 1. 5 μl/cm2,and field evaluations showed that the protection time of 20% icaridin was7. 66 h. Conclusion Icaridin is an ideal repellent with the advantage of stability,lasting effect and safety in using.
