Construction of Cultivation System for High-end (backup) Medical Talents in Cancer Hospitals

目的以国际化战略眼光为指引,探索符合肿瘤医院特色的医学高端(后备)人才培养体系,提升人才队伍建设水平,为人才培养提供参考依据。方法运用SWOT战略分析法,梳理肿瘤医院医学高端(后备)人才培养体系建设所面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,通过行动学习法、调查研究法探究肿瘤医院医学高端(后备)人才培养体系建设的途径。结果从制度建设、组织领导、人员选拔、培训管理、选送安排、考核评价等方面,建立行之有效的肿瘤医院医学高端(后备)人才培养机制,走出一条符合肿瘤医院实际的高层次人才队伍建设新路子。结论以重庆市肿瘤医院为例,探讨构建肿瘤医院医学高端(后备)人才培养体系,具有较好的科学性与适用性,有一定的借鉴和推广意义。

Objective To explore the characteristics of high - end （backup） medical talents cultivation system conform to cancer hospitals, with international perspective. To enhance the level of the construction of talents staff and provide valuable information for personnel training. Methods Using SWOT analysis to comb the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the cultivation system construction for high - end （backup） medical talents in cancer hospitals. Explore the way of the construction of high - end （backup） medical talents cultivation system through action learning method and research method. Results We established an effective mechanism of high - end （backup） medical talents cultivation in cancer hospitals, from the aspects of system construction, organization and leadership, personnel selection, training, management, evaluation and arrangement, and found an appropriate road for the mechanism of high - end （backup） medical talents cultivation in cancer hospitals. Conclusion Took Chongqing Cancer Hospital for example, this study discussed the build of high - end （backup） medical talents cultivation system in cancer hospitals, which has the preferably applicability and scientific quality, and reference and promotion value.
