医院护理救援队伍建设的影响因素分析

Influencing Factors in Hospital Nursing Rescue Team Construction

目的调查大救援背景下影响医院护理救援队伍建设的相关因素,为提高医院灾害护理准备程度,建设实战能力强、平战时转换流畅的医院护理救援队伍提供理论参考。方法采用文献分析法和专家调查法,调查40位灾害护理学权威专家,依据专家意见进行因素筛选。结果参与调查的专家积极性和权威性均较高,专家意见协调性系数为0.87,问卷Cronbach’s系数为0.92,内容效度(CVI)为0.81,调查得出影响大灾害环境下医院灾害护理救援队伍建设的相关因素,按照权重从大到小分别为医院组织因素、护士个人因素、国家法制政策性因素等3个层面,共计26项指标。结论大救援背景下组建高效联动、平战时转换流畅的医院护理救援队伍应从医院组织因素、护士个人因素以及国家法制/规范因素着手,加强多种协作机制建设。

Objective To investigate the factors involved in hospital nursing rescue team construction under the background of big rescue, thus to improve nursing disaster preparation degree, to provide theoretical reference to construct a nursing rescue team with actual combat and smooth switch ability. Methods The literature analysis method and expert investigation method were used among 40 disasters nursing experts. Results The panelists enthusiasm and authority were higher, expert opinion coordination coefficient was 0.87, the questionnaire Cronbach＇s coefficient was 0.92, content validity （CVI） was 0.81 ,factors related to the construction of the rescue teams were hospital organization, nurse/personal factors and national legal policy factors according to the weight from big to small. Conclusion Under the big rescue background, effective hospital nursing rescue teams should start from organizational factors, nurse/personal factors and the legal system to strengthen the construction a cooperation mechanism.
