涉核特勤疗养质量管理系统构建

Establishment of Quality Management System in Nuclear Special Recuperation

结合涉核疗养接待经验,在借鉴医疗质量三级管理模式的基础上,利用信息化手段,本院建立涉核特勤疗养质量指标管理系统。本文介绍该系统框架、质量管理指标的选定、软件编程及系统功能特点,分析系统的问题和发展前景;以期为其他军队疗养院提供借鉴,从而提高涉核特勤疗养质量管理水平,推动涉核疗养不断发展。

Combining forty years＇ experiences of nuclear recuperation, on the basis of medical quality level - 3 management mode, using information means, our unit established a quality management system of nuclear special recuperation. This article mainly introduces the framework of the system, choices of the quality management indicators, software programming, and the system function character, and analyses the existing problems and its prospects of the system. We expect that this system can offer something for other army sanatorium, improve the management level of nuclear special recuperation, promote the development nuclear soecial recuperation.
