摘要
目的对国内外医务人员职业满意度进行比较分析,以期了解国内外差异,及时发现不足之处,为提高医务人员职业满意度提供理论依据。方法以文献研究、小组讨论为主要研究方法,从定义、理论基础、测评量表、满意现状等方面对国内外医务人员职业满意度进行比较研究。结果国内外医务人员职业满意度在定义、理论基础、测评量表和满意度现状等方面存在一定差异。结论我国应借鉴国外的先进经验,去粗取精,有效提高医务人员的职业满意度。
Objective To find the shortcomings of our country and provide evidence for staff management, we analyzed the differences of medical workers＇ career satisfaction in China and abroad. Methods We did the survey with the methods of literature research and group discussion. Results There were some differences in respects of definition, theoretical basis, scale and satisfaction status between China and abroad. Conclusion We should learn advanced experiences from other countries, and effectively improve the medical workers＇ career satisfaction.
