住院医师规范化培训效果评价

Evaluation of Standardized Residents Training

目的通过对住院医师规范化培训效果的评估与分析,为提高规培效果提供一定的数据及信息支撑。方法对2012—2014年在长海医院进行住院医师规范化培训的学员阶段考核成绩进行统计和分析。结果通过对学员入站和出站时阶段考核成绩的统计分析,结果表明20l2、2013、2014级规培学员在经过规范化培训后考核成绩有明显的提高。结论住院医师规范化培训能有效地提高医学生的医学素养,是医学生正式进入工作岗位之前必不可少的一个环节。

Objective To evaluate and analyze residency standardized training and improve the effect of training with a certain amount of data and information support for the residents. Methods Make statistics and a- nalysis on the examination results of 2012 -2014 Shanghai Changhai Hospital resident standardization training. Resuits Through the statistics and analysis of residents＇ examination results, it showed that in 2012,2013,2014 the project appraisal improved significantly. Conclusion The standardized training of residents can effectively improve the medical quality of medical students, and it is an essential link for medical students before getting into formal work.
