摘要
建立了高校体育教师绩效评价指标体系,并运用符号计算软件Mathematical,同时结合灰色理论的思想和熵值法处理各评价指标体系的权重,构建了基于多层次灰色评价模型的高校体育教师绩效评价模型,该模型有效地实现了对高校体育教师绩效的综合评价。
The performance evaluation index system of college physical education teachers is established,and the symbolic computation software Mathematical is used.Combined with grey theory thoughts and entropy method dealing with the weight of each evaluation index system and based on multi-level gray evaluation model,the college physical education teacher performance evaluation model is constructed.The model effectively realizes the comprehensive evaluation of college physical education teachers performance.
