甘草片对增强免疫功能的影响

A comprehensive study of the immunity enhancing activity of Glycyrrhiza tablets

研究了甘草片对免疫功能的影响。将甘草片0.25,0.50,1.50g·kg^(-1)·bw 3个剂量经口给予小鼠1个月,进行小鼠免疫器官/体重比值、细胞免疫功能以及体液免疫功能测定。结果显示,0.50,1.50g·kg^(-1)·bw组小鼠足跖肿胀度、NK细胞活性、溶血空斑数,1.50g·kg^(-1)·bw组小鼠半数溶血值高于0g·kg^(-1)·bw/d组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明甘草片能够从多方面促进免疫功能。

The effects of GZycyrrhiza tablets on immune function were carried out in this essay. The Glycyrrhiza tablets was given to mice for one month（0.25 ,0.50 ,1.50g · kg-1 · bw three doses）. Ratio of immune organs and body weight, cellular immune function and humoral immune function were measured. The results were listed as following.0.50g ·kg-1 · bw and 1.50g · kg-1 ·bw group of swelling of voix pedis,NK cells and hemolytic plaque numbel were higher than that of 0 g ·kg-1 ·bw group;1. 5 g · kg-1 bw group of NK cells HC50 （HC50） were higher than that of 0 g · kg-1 · bw and group,and thedifferences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. It showed that Glycyrrhiza tablets can promote immune function in many ways.
