近距离煤层群综采工作面矿压显现特征研究

摘要 以赵庄矿8301综采工作面为研究对象,采用支架压力记录仪、单体支柱压力仪等监测仪器对该工作面围岩压力进行监测分析;结合采场顶板岩层运移规律对该工作面矿压显现特征做系统的分析和研究,得出:8103工作面来压步距3.5 m^13.2 m;工作面超前支承压力影响范围为40 m,应力集中系数1.49~1.78;8301工作面进、回风巷道顶底板移近量最大值为168 mm,两帮收缩量最大值为340 mm。这些结果为相似开采技术条件的矿井提供了技术经验,有利于综采工作面围岩控制。 Taking No.8301 fully-mechanized mining face in Zhaozhuang Mine as the study object, pressure recorder of supports, pressure meter of single props, and other monitoring instruments are used to monitor and analyze the pressure of the surrounding rock. The results show that weighting interval ranges from 3.5 m to 13.2 m on No.8103 working face; the influential range of advanced supporting pressure is 40 m, with factor of stress concentration from 1.49 to 1.78. The maximum convergence of roof and floor is 168 mm and the maximum two-side contraction is 340mm of the intake and return airway on No. 8301 working face. The results could provide technical experience for effective surrounding rock control on the fully-mechanized mining face in the similar mines.
