摘要 基于朱家店煤矿4号煤煤层薄、小构造较发育的现状,为了解0402工作面进风巷顶板的含水情况,根据朱家店煤矿超前探放水钻孔施工要求,沿掘进方向利用中煤科工集团西安研究院研制生产的ZDY6000LD钻机和配套钻具及井下随钻测量系统,通过钻孔主孔和分支孔的方式进行井下定向钻进试验,试验结果表明:薄煤层井下定向钻进技术上可行,ZDY6000LD定向钻机在该矿岩层中能很好的施工600 m以内定向钻孔,为大直径长钻孔区域瓦斯抽采钻孔的施工奠定试验基础。 Based on the thin, small but developed structure of the No.4 Coal Seam in Zhujiadian Coal Mine, a directional drilling test was conducted using the ZDY6000ZD drilling rig, its supporting drilling tools, and measuring system along the driving direction in order to obtain the water content of the roof of the air inlet of No.0402 working face and meet the requirement of the drilling with advanced water exploration and drainage technology. The rig is developed by Xi'an Research Institute of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group. The test was conducted by the main and the branch borehole drilling. The results show that it is feasible to use the ZDY6000LD rig in the directional drilling within 600 m in the rock strata, laying the experimental foundation for the construction of long and large diameter borehole in local gas drainage.
