摘要
目的了解昆明地区0~12岁儿童血浆25-(OH)D的水平和现状.方法应用罗氏公司Rochecobas8000/E602全自动电化学发光免疫分析系统对昆明地区4区8县0-12岁4489例儿童进行血浆25-(OH)D水平的检测,应用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析.结果随着年龄的增大,血浆25-(OH)D浓度逐渐降低,各年龄组血浆浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);男女2组血浆25-(0H)D浓度比较,结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);昆明地区儿童维生素D平均水平是83.48nm01]L,0-l岁组儿童血浆25-(OH)D浓度呈分散性分布,6-9岁组血浓度分布最集中.结论昆明地区0-12岁儿童维生素D水平总的处于一个良好的营养状况,但随着年龄的增长,维生素D营养水平逐渐降低,尤其3岁以后降低明显,均处于不足或缺乏状态,应引起大家的重视.
Objective To learn the levels of serum 25- (OH)D in 0-12 years old chindren in Kunming. Methods Serum 25- (OH)D levels of children (4 498) were measured by using Roche cobas 8 000 / E602 automatic electrochemical luminescence immunoassay. Results As the increase of age, the levels of serum 25- (OH)D were gradually decreased, different age groups had significant difference (P〈0.05). The levels of 25- (OH)D between boys and girls had no significant difference (P〉O.05) ; The average level of sernm 25- (OH)D was 83.48 nmol/L, the level of serum 25-(OH)D was distributed in 0 - 1 years old group, and most concentrated in the 6 - 9 years old group. Conclusion The levels of 25-(OH)D in 0-12 years old chindren are in a good status, but with the increase of age, the level of 25- (OH)D is decreasing gradually, especially the levels of 25- (OH)D decreased significantly after the age of three, in shortage or lack of status, this should cause everybody's attention.
